The unique multifunctional modular gait trainer PACER of the Rifton series is an indispensable tool for developing walking skills, while at the same time enabling patients to move independently and communicate with the outside world on an “equal” level.
Rehabilitation equipment/orthopedic simulator Rifton RACER is designed to develop walking skills in patients with conditions such as: cerebral palsy, post-stroke condition, traumatic brain injury, other neurological pathologies, damage to the musculoskeletal system, patients with lower limb amputation when learning to walk on prostheses.
A variety of motion control and support devices can be easily attached and removed from the machine's frame, allowing the machine to be customized to suit any patient needing varying levels of support and control. Also, as one patient’s walking skills develop, various modules are removed as the time comes when they are no longer needed.
The desire to provide patients with proper, more effective support so that they can learn to walk, making maximum use of modern rehabilitation equipment, led to the improvement of the Rifton series of gait trainers and opened up new perspectives in movement training programs.
The orthopedic (standard) walking trainer of the “Rifton” series comes in one size: Mini.
The simulator has height adjustment to suit the individual characteristics of the child.
