All three modules of the ottoman are made of foam rubber. They are connected to each other using Velcro. They wash well. The height of the central module is 40 cm, the thickness of the small pillows is 15 and 10 cm. The ottoman is intended for health-prophylactic and therapeutic work, physical exercise and unloading of the spine. Using an ottoman you can strengthen weakened back muscles.
